1 Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to arena39. This Terms and Conditions document ("Agreement") is a legally binding contract between you ("User") and arena39 ("Platform", "we") which manages and operates this website. By registering an account, making a deposit or using any service provided by arena39, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all the terms contained in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are advised not to use the arena39 platform. arena39 reserves the right to modify, add to or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon being updated on this website. It is the user's responsibility to check for updates to these Terms and Conditions.

The arena39 platform operates under international licensing and complies with the security and fairness standards set by the relevant regulatory bodies.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Use of the arena39 platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• At least 21 years of age on the date of registration and while using the platform.
• Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Not being an arena39 employee, affiliated party or their immediate family member.
• Not residing in a country or region where use of this platform is prohibited by local law.
• Not currently on a self-requested self-exclusion programme.

Each individual is only permitted to register and maintain one account at arena39. Creating multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all such accounts and forfeiture of any balance and bonuses held.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

arena39 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through approved payment methods including Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC and ETH). All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) unless otherwise stated for cryptocurrency transactions.

Deposit and withdrawal terms are as follows:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on the method and time the request is made.
• Withdrawals may only be made to an account or e-wallet registered in the same user's name.
• All payments are subject to identity verification and anti-fraud checks.

arena39 reserves the right to suspend or reject a withdrawal request if there are signs of fraud, money laundering, or violation of any platform terms. In such cases, the user will be notified by email and may be asked to provide additional verification documents.

4 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

arena39 offers various bonus and promotion programmes to registered members. Each offer is subject to specific terms stated alongside the relevant promotion. Users are responsible for reading and understanding those terms before accepting any bonus.

General terms for all bonuses at arena39 are as follows:

• 100% welcome bonus of up to RM1,000 on the first deposit; the wagering requirement is 25 times the bonus value before bonus winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM100 with a wagering requirement of RM2,500.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash — they must be fulfilled through active wagering on the platform.
• Any attempt to misuse or exploit the bonus system will result in the immediate cancellation of all related bonuses and winnings.
• arena39 reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time.

The arena39 VIP programme has three tiers — Bronze, Silver and Gold. Bronze VIP members are eligible for weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, Silver up to 0.8%, and Gold up to 1.2%. VIP tier progression is determined by active and consistent gaming activity on the platform. arena39 reserves the right to review and adjust a user's VIP status based on account activity.

5 Prohibited Activities and Misuse

arena39 users are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the platform:

• Using automation software, betting bots, hacking programmes or any unfair technical method to manipulate game outcomes or the platform system.
• Sharing or transferring funds between different user accounts ("chip dumping") with fraudulent intent.
• Using funds obtained illegally to make deposits or conduct transactions on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or using offensive language towards other users or customer support staff.
• Attempting to access another user's account or the platform's internal systems without authorisation.
• Registering using a false identity or inaccurate information.

Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balance and bonuses, and legal action where necessary. arena39 will cooperate fully with the relevant authorities in investigations into suspicious activity.

6 Responsible Gambling

arena39 takes our responsibility towards user wellbeing seriously. Gambling should be an entertainment activity and not a way to resolve financial problems. Users are encouraged to set appropriate spending limits before starting a gaming session.

• Daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits.
• Loss limits for a set period of time.

• Not sharing your login details with anyone.
• Notifying arena39 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access.

8 Liability Limits and Disclaimers

arena39 and its related parties will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to financial losses from betting, technical disruptions, unauthorised access to an account due to user negligence, or unsatisfactory game outcomes.

All games on arena39 use a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) to ensure fair and unbiased results. RNG outcomes are final and cannot be disputed. Users acknowledge that gambling involves the risk of financial loss and agree to bear that risk entirely.

10 Applicable Law and General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the arena39 platform will be governed by the applicable laws under arena39's international licensing jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unenforceable or contrary to law, that provision shall be treated as severable from this agreement, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

arena39's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be considered a waiver of that right or provision. This document constitutes the entire agreement between the user and arena39 regarding the use of the platform, superseding all prior discussions, representations or agreements.
